Gas pressure high-temperature furnace
Standardizing high-temperature furnaces of various specifications to accommodate the heat treatment of diverse high-performance materials, including ceramics.
The "Gas Pressure High-Temperature Furnace" is a furnace used for firing and sintering materials such as ceramics and graphite. It operates in an inert gas atmosphere using gases like N2, Ar, and He, capable of high-temperature operation up to 2,800°C in high-pressure environments ranging from vacuum to 0.99 MPa. This includes inert gas atmosphere furnaces, oxidation atmosphere furnaces that can heat up to 1,700°C in air or O2 atmospheres, high vacuum atmosphere furnaces that can heat up to 2,500°C in H2 atmospheres or under high vacuum conditions of 0.01 Pa or lower, as well as halogen gas and purification furnaces. Additionally, ultra-high pressure gas up to 30 MPa can be used, enabling the simplification of the degreasing and sintering processes, along with low-pressure HIP and atmospheric high-temperature furnaces that can process from vacuum to atmospheric pressure, standardizing high-temperature furnaces of various specifications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
